Question: Do you recover all types of data?
Answer: Yes we do, we recover data from computers, flash chips and drives. Cameras and damaged CD's and DVD's. You name it and we will get it.
Question: Can you repair our computer or laptop after the data is gathered from it?
Answer: yes we can. Unless the computers value exceeds the cost of the repairs. In many cases, your data and or files are worth more then the computer it self.
Question: What would be considered the worst-case scenario as far as lost data?
Answer: Worst-case scenarios usually come from when a HDD drive quits completely. Usually as the result of a bad bearing or disc failure. Our full data recovery price is $995 which is about half of our competitors price.
Question: How secure is my data when it is in your possession?
Answer: All of your data is bonded and insured. We never expose your drive, data or computer to any other piece of equipment that has access to the out side network to prevent access by others.
